This is the privacy policy for tommyinsures.com, the website of Tommy Keehl American Family Insurance in Springfield, MO. It explains, in plain English, what information the site collects, why, and what happens to it. If anything here is unclear, call or text us at (417) 522-7549 and we’ll explain it in person.

What we collect

When you send the quote form, we collect exactly what the form asks for: your full name, date of birth, address, email address, and phone number. Your date of birth and address are sensitive details — carriers require them to price a real quote, and we treat them accordingly.

Why we collect it

Two reasons, and only these two: preparing your insurance quote, and contacting you about it. We don’t use your quote information for marketing lists, and we never sell it.

Where it goes

Quote requests are stored in our database and delivered to the agency by email so Tommy or Kat can call you back. Beyond the agency, your details are shared only with American Family Insurance as needed to actually prepare your quote — no one else.

Analytics and cookies

The site uses first-party analytics only. That means we set one anonymous visitor cookie (kept for about a year) and record basic pageview and click events so we can tell which parts of the site are useful. There is no third-party analytics service and no ad tracking of any kind on this site.

How long we keep things

• Raw analytics events are kept for 24 months, then deleted.
• Quote (lead) details are kept while they’re relevant to serving you — for example, while we’re working on your quote or your policies.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to delete the information you sent us, or to send you a copy of it. Call or text (417) 522-7549, or email tkeehl@amfam.com, and we’ll take care of it.
